Plot

On time of war, we follow the everyday life and death of 3 soldiers.
They will shoot each other, get horny and feel remorse.

Notes

Grotesque farce. Here, good intentions are nothing compared to the absurd, cold and grotesque reality of war. The guy we bury is the only going to survive. We follow the point of vue of these 3 characters. Each good deed will cause the death of the person. We are playing here on silences, on the absurdity of the situation. The subject is universal, there are no historical issues, the countries are not identified. Trench foot is a well-known soldier disease.

Characters

Kauko: Handsome, but desperate. He tries to act like the archetype of the soldier. Each of his intentions is noble, he tries to keep hope in a silly way but the reality overcomes his efforts.

Joni: Kauko’s antithesis, Joni doesn’t seem to be keen or concerned. He growls and (optionally) smokes. He is much less graceful and distinguished than Kauko. 

Igor: Young recruit trying to be a good soldier, he seems overwhelmed by his actions. He is hiding is weakness by perfectly following the orders.
